Returns are accepted and refunds or store credits issued only when the following conditions are met:
  1. Items must remain in their original condition as received.
  2. You must notify us of your intention to return within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Returned items must reach us within 12 days of delivery.
  4. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, and must ensure the items are securely packaged. We recommend using insurance to protect against loss or damage.
  5. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender.
